Executive Summary
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC or Department) announces this notice of Open Enrollment (OE) requesting applications to enter into a contract with HHSC. The contingency contract will fund Contractor to provide recovery management services for seriously and persistently mentally ill adults enrolled in the Home and Community Based Services – Adult Mental Health program (HCBS-AMH). Contractors will bill HHSC for all clinical services provided including the development, coordination and monitoring of services in line with a person-centered recovery model.
