have accepted patients (who are not required to be Medicare patients);
have provided all core services to patients; and
have demonstrated the operational capability of all facets of its operations.
In the event that the hospice patients presently being served do not require the full scope of hospice services, the hospice must be fully prepared to provide all services necessary to meet the hospice CoPs.
