If the Revised PoC is Not Acceptable |

If the revised PoC is unacceptable, HHS Regulatory Services staff will contact the State Office Provider Licensing Enforcement Unit, which will contact the facility concerning possible enforcement actions.
If the facility fails to submit a PoC, HHS will contact the facility. If HHS determines that the facility's reasons for failing to submit a PoC are unacceptable, HHS will follow the same procedure for an unacceptable PoC.
