You must have a registered account for accessing TULIP. The platform offers two main types of licensure for registration: Provider Licensure and Occupational Licensure.
By selecting 'Occupational Licensure', you can register for various roles such as Licensing Applicant, School Security Authority, Facility Security Authority, and more. Each role has specific duties and privileges.
To register as a Licensing Applicant, you need to provide your Social Security Number (SSN) and Email ID. After entering these details, the system will ask you to select your role.
If you don't hold a license with the State of Texas, answer 'No' to the related question and fill in the required information to complete your registration.
Once you have submitted your form, a confirmation message will be displayed. An email will be sent to the provided email address for you to confirm.
Click on the link in the confirmation email to complete your registration. You'll be directed to a page where you can set a new password.
For applicants who already hold a license with the State of Texas, answer 'Yes' to the question 'Do you have a Texas NA/MA/NFA license?' and provide your license number.
Like non-license holders, existing license holders will receive a confirmation message upon submission of their form, and a confirmation email will be sent to complete the registration.
Click on the link in the confirmation email to finalize your registration. You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
