The USDA provides the And Justice for All poster, USDA 475B, which must be prominently displayed in all offices, facilities, and training sites where SNAP-Ed programs are conducted. You can get information on the poster on the USDA website, http://www.fns.usda.gov/cr/and-justice-all-posters. To obtain the posters, contact Texas SNAP-Ed staff at SNAPED@hhsc.state.tx.us.
In addition to the USDA poster, HHSC requires four civil rights posters to be posted; they are available for download and printing on the HHSC web site, https://hhs.texas.gov/about-hhs/your-rights/civil-rights-office/civil-rights-office-service-delivery-posters. SNAP-Ed contractors must display the posters: Need an Interpreter? (foreign languages); Need an Interpreter? (sign language); Your Rights, and Americans with Disabilities Act.
