To complete this orientation, please complete the following five steps:
1. Select this link to open the file: Certificate of Completion: HHS Volunteer Orientation
2. When your certificate of completion has opened, save it to your PC as CertOfCompletion.
3. Read the instructions on the certificate and electronically complete the requested information.
4. Save your completed certificate again as CertOfCompletion.
5. Email your completed certificate as an attachment to VolunteerHHSC@hhsc.state.tx.us and HHS staff will be contacting you soon.
